Refund & Return Policy
At Alorae Boutique, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund process below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused;

In their original condition with all tags attached;

Returned in their original packaging where possible;

Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits;

Earrings and other pierced jewellery;

Beauty and personal care products;

Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions;
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@aloraeboutique.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorisation, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
All refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD $) for the amount paid for the returned item(s).
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original order following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your preferred piece before it sells out.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@aloraeboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe above, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@aloraeboutique.com and we will look into it.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@aloraeboutique.com if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, it must be processed as a return upon arrival.
