Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alorae Boutique. We’re thrilled to get your order on its way. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed the next business day. During sales, product launches, and peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation, including tracking information, once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Within Canada: 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take additional time. Alorae Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you do not see updates after that, contact us and we’ll look into it.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at info@aloraeboutique.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

6. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up location, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with members of your household, building reception, or neighbours;

  • Look around your delivery location, including porches and side doors;

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@aloraeboutique.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Alorae Boutique is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@aloraeboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
